GT2 1/4 and trap speed?
I knew these cars were fast but theres a video of a supposed bone stock black gt2 running 131mph. Are they really that fast or was this one just a factory freak?

I think this is the same car. It ran 11.0 @ 128.8 on this run on VP109. 131 is definitely believable on that fuel.

Does the stock ECU have a way to take advantage of that extra octane?

stock GT2's trap somewhere in the mid 120's. i've heard of stock GT2's trapping as high as 127 mph. i've never heard of stock GT2's trapping in the 130's. typically, from my experience, you need around 600 whp to trap in the 130's on the porsche 996 and 997 turbos. my GT2 made a peak of 530 rwhp on the dyno at redline and was trapping 125 mph consistently on the VBOX. so i would conclude that if a GT2 is trapping 130+ mph, it is probably tweaked.

Yes. It will advance timing, but not to the same degree that a proper flash would.
