Your Porsche dealer will be able to recommend a reputable wheel repairer in the area. They see smacks like that at least once a week.

Chrome can be tough to repair without having any future issues. Your better off sending it back to the manufacturer and having just the lip replaced. Most chrome lips when the surface is broken though it likes to peel backwards.

These can be fixed. Start asking around at the dealerships and see if you can come up with a common name for wheel repair. Ask them who does their repairs. Then call the wheel repair guys directly.
