These are the factory LED lights that we've retrofitted into the existing bumper. You can buy the 09+ TT rear bumper but it wasn't available and we decided to modify the existing bumper to make it work. Please email us for pricing/more info.

'10 TT bumper has larger exhaust cut outs though no? The released pics look like a change has been made anyways.

That really makes the rear pop on that car, I like the rear diffuser as well, very sharp car!
