Sorry to hear it, but they do bring nice cars. I could see how you were taken in.

Carfax report?

So if I understand correctly you did not run a Carfax report before you bought this vehicle. Or the Crafax doesn't show the Salavage Title?

Keep us informed. Dealing with high profile cars, and wanting top dollar for them, means that you will be expected to stand behind what you sell. Otherwise people will find another dealer. This could really hurt them, if they don't make things right.

Wow, being that they had to ship this car to an out of state buyer could really spell disaster for this dealer****, er, stealership. Once you're talking about Wirefraud and Postal fraud, these are federal crimes that come with HUGE consequence. If Canepa was smart, they'd fully refund all that you're asking and entitled to. I don't think they realize what kind of situation they've put themselves in. NYC123, good luck on your situation and please keep us updated. Definitely talk to the Postmaster General's offices from both states.

The sad thing is that he thinks the OP is a push over but the authorites will investigate this guy and take him down hard.

I wrote them a letter saying I would never do business with them, and make sure any friends would not as well based on their treatment of you.
