Do you just put the covers on and have to take them off/on every time you change the wheels or do you just put the socket over them and hope it doesn't destroy them???

i dont have them yet, but from my research theres actually a tool you use to take them off and you definetly do not put the socket over them.

You have to take them off- it takes about 30 seconds per wheel with a small tool provided... simple stuff.
