do the exhaust and mufflers first before the flash. I try to do my mods one at a time so I can document/feel the difference with each mod. Personally, I like going thru the stages vs doing it all at once.

for the money and performance gain, (exhaust + flash) is the the best mod for the Turbo. You'd be at about 580hp just with that. Should've bought the exhaust first before getting the BRVs/headers/etc. Next is suspension(coilovers). This is just my opinion.

for the price, yes. Of the newer version Fabpseeds(with HJS cats), there's only V3 and V2. V2 is moderate and V3 is louder. Same performance gain. Only difference is the sound due to the inside of the mufflers.
I believe someone is selling a used one on the board. PM tssci. He's got the V3 and chrome tips for sale.

It's good that you did the exhaust first before the flash. The ECU flash should be tailored to what mods your car has.
Losing boost pressure like that is not normal. There must be a leak somewhere. Check all clamps on the exhasuts and cats. Check the clamps on the plenum (these have a tendency to come lose). Make sure they are secure and not leaking.
