The first car looked like a car full of bank employees, not robbers. I guess they don’t have license plate numbers over there, or security cameras in their banks. Here in the US if they dragged out and threw you on the street then shot a couple of holes into your car just to find out they have the wrong one. They would be buying you a new house and new car, not just a window and apology note.

 

Same stuff goes on in America too, only difference is the person filming would have been detained so it didn't get released ...
