i will unplug the battery and run 103 octane , swetch the meth off ....

i will see what happend and update you

This what i and some of my freins do to let the ECU le learn with 0 problem OR you can just add race fuel and run it 7 - 10 time then the ECU will switch to race map by it self.

what do you recommend c16 or 103 octane .. i run catless fabspeed exhaust

if you are tuned for meth allready , to use to raise octanes in fuels, its pretty much liek running on race gas.. you can add c 16 if you want to raise the boost additionaly for extra saftey measure . now if you still have your o2's leaded gas will eventually foul them.

but again, if you can not raise the boost level via different mad or boost controller then its a waste of time and money.

With C16 you will gain more hp with the same boost level but the life of the exhaust sensor and the spark plug are short.

you may gain a bit of power but it will be minimal at the same boost level, but it wont be worth it..

I don't know anything about the 997 computer ECU, but I do know you're getting some questionable advise regarding fuels and when to use what!

(depending on your tune), no leave the meth on and run the c16 with it

Softronic tune with a base of 93 octane map works fine using up to 109oct as you have seen from our car. If you do switch to C16 it is a much different tuning. The water/meth is really only meant to be run with pump gas to act like race gas when running higher boost. C16 will also ruin your O2 sensors.

I my self am not a fan of the meth injection i liek running c16 for high boost runs, i know i can turn the boost at x level with x fuel nice and simple....
