I bought a complete used bumper in ebay for 550€ shipped. (Seller was Techart, they usually have lots of oem bumpers)
New led tail lights and FVD controllers were 1388€ shipped
New 997.2 bumper bracket was 30€

The FVD controllers are a bit expensive but it's plug and play and reversible.
There are other controllers that are cheaper but you need to cut existing wires. (Didn't knew about this option at the time)

997.2TT exhaust tips were 600€
It needs new exhaust or modify the existing exhaust for the new tips. I went with a Europipe special made for new bumper and exhaust tips.
Pictures??

My car already had the sensors and the bumper that i bought had the holes. I adapted the sensors like atomic80 did, without buying new brackets.

Hope this info helps someone:

(part numbers from PET for Gulf spec cars)(may differ for other region cars)s

2009 Front control unit Part# 997 618 513 01

2009 Rear control unit Part# 997 618 260 08

These are the SAME part numbers for 997.2 front & rear control units.

I will do the install in two weeks and will confirm if pin swaps are necessary for the tail light upgrade.

Mikkofin is infamous around these parts
I am in the process of doing this as well for my 2007. I ordered the parts today
Will propably go with the FVD control units for the taillamps instead changing the original control units.

I have an 06 and purchased the Oem led tails and Oem rear bumper. If I purchase the fvd connectors will they function properly? Or do I still need to buy the new modules underneath the seats?

I'm not familiar with the FVD connectors so I can't answer that...I had to get the 2009 front and rear light modules for mine.
