My latest mod - "Techart" rear spoiler pics

ooooh, I didn't realize the spoiler still rises. Looks good both ways. More like a 959 when down.
Chris, the car looks great. Do you have to take the original side sills off before putting on the GT2 ones or do they just stick on? DIY or pro to do it?

the stock sills are removed. Detailing Dynamics installed the pieces.

Love it - but then I'm biased. How is the quality? Mine is from TechArt and they really know how to charge but the quality is impeccable.

I mean, the quality seems awesome to me - but I'm not an expert and it's just a lightweight spoiler so there's not much to it if you know what I mean. The shape seems perfect with no blemishes and I know Ray was diligent in inspecting the paint and sending it back once to get re-sprayed as it didn't meet his quality standards when he inspected it before shipping.
Without having both an original piece and this piece to inspect simultaneously, I feel pretty confident saying I don't think there is any way to tell? (could be wrong) Haven't noticed a visible "made in china" stamp anywhere on it - haha.
Seems excellent, looks excellent, price was very very reasonable.

Glad you like the spoiler. This spoiler looks even better in person. It actually went back 2 time to paint shop, I found one small dust when I'm packing it second time and it went straight back to paint shop . So sent me some bigger pics and I will update them into our website!!

I did consider the Techart look rear piece that Ray sells, but maybe another day - we'll see.
Ray - I'll definetly send you some larger pics when I am back from holidays. Thanks again for a great transaction.

Glad to hear about the quality. I've seen some pretty bad pieces over the years (owned Porsches since 1979) as you usually only get what you pay for. A guy in my area put a non OEM GT2 spoiler on his car last year and by the time it was reworked, he probably could have put an OEM unit on the car. Your car looks great.

Question guys, I did the install of this spoiler myself. Previously the factory spoiler would raise at speed and stay up after ignition was off until next time the car was started. Now it seems as though the new spoiler raises at speed and then lowers when I slow down (haven't verified if I need to be stopped or if it just comes back down at 30mph or so). Anyone know what would cause this?
I'm actually not necessarily looking for a "fix" per se as the way it is working now might actually be the ideal way I would like it to work. But I am just curious if it was something I did? And if it can be changed back and forth or not. Thanks!

my factory spoiler always came back down by itself at around 35-40 mph or so. It never stayed up. The techart piece acts the same way. goes up by itself around 75 mph and then back down around 40.
