TechArt TA 097/T2.1 Power Kit for 997.2 Turbo S

Your PDK won't hold more than a stage 3 kit at best.
1- Tune
2- Exhaust
3- Filter
4- Intercoolers
Beyond that, you risk ruining your gearbox. Truly not what you want as the PDK box is not serviceable.
Champion MS are working on an upgrade for the PDK. But they have been at work on it for a while now and it still hasn't seen the light of day.
The truth is, CMS are upgrading the clutches. How much more power it will hold remains to be seen. The second weak link in the gearbox is the thinner second shaft that holds the 2nd, 4th and 6th gears. Those will be a huge limiting factor as well and to my knowledge, no tuner is working on addressing that issue.

Champion said, as far as I know, that ~540-560 wheel HP is the limit of the PDK. That's almost definitely more than this kit is making. They look to be promising GT2 RS power levels, which is 620 crank hp. Probably more like ~500awhp figuring a 20% loss.

My Porsche dealer has offered me a Techart chip update for my 997 Turbo S which he says adds 50Nm of additional torque and a mild lift in power for $3K. Presumably, this is too mild an upgrade to affect warranty. Car just required overnight.
