In order to beat a modified Busa, a P - car must be "very" strong.

Own both a 997 TT and M3s with twin turbos, and from the race, I can say that a modded Busa is very hard to beat.

Man your car is crasy fast, what is your 100-200 time? Who won this race?

Milou,
the Busa belongs to my friend. We were head to head till 235 kmh. After 235 kmh M3 starts moving, I backed off at 256 kmh.

100-200 km/h is 4.4 seconds, with a lot of wheel spin.

I am trying to get rid of wheel spin.

As an indicator of power, 100-150 mph (160-240 km/h) is a better interval.

nope. Busa is getting modified with thinner head gasket, velocity stacks, camshafts. It will be faster.

Mine is getting stronger as well. We will test again.

Would the Underground racing TT Gallardo that ran 3.53 sec from 60-130 keep up with a modded Busa during that run?

-turbo Busa is a crapshoot depending on how much HP it's making&if it's hooking on the street but 300rwhp will walk 99.99% of the super highly modded 996/997tt from the dig,roll,60-130 etc etc

You got it right! Mod to Mod no car can beat a bike if the bike is equally modded to the car and stock to stock its not even a contest, as I recently witnessed a stock GSXR 1000 and a stock ZX14 with a good rider running low 9's at close to 150 mph and thats about 2 seconds and 20 mph faster than any stock vehicle made. When you give a car 2.5 times its factory HP it ought to outrun a stock motorcycle!

I have owned a Turbo Busa for the past 6 years. Runs on pump gas, 325 RWHP, street legal. To lift the front tire on throttle in sixth is a feeling few can understand. But this is my fat cruiser bike. I'm a former AMA bike road racer.

At El Mirage Dry Lake bed it will do 0 to 150 mph in around 7 seconds "when" everything hooks up right. It's enough to say it's quick when fed the right amount of throttle. Cars are fun in their own right, in fact just got back from a quick Vegas run with the family before Christmas and on the return we pegged the rev limiter several times on the wife's AMG because the traffic late at night opened up at the right time for us. Fun but nowhere near as intense as doing that on a bike.

I was browsing this section to see what I can learn about Turbo, and funny enough I ended up here.
As well as many of you my know or may have even participated, this very subject has been discussed many times over, back in the days, I used to defend bikes blindly, well I thought I knew, but now I know better.
Let me share a story with you, years ago, when R1 came out, I used to think I am a damn good rider and I was riding one proudly on the freeway, until an old camaro rolled up next to me and hit it, of course I opened it up, make story short, he beat me several times, could I blame the bike? The next thing I did, I got rid of my bike and got myself a good used R6, just tell you this much, I ended up made my money through racing, I told you all of these to make only one point, I watched the videos, those guys riding the bikes, need a lot of riding educations, and I mean a lot, it amazes me, beside very few, no one actually realized that rider’s factor is a lot more important than just HP.
Please don’t get me wrong, I don’t think I know it all, if one thing I learned during these years is this, there are a lot who has remarkably better skill than mine, but just watching I could tell they are not using the all the potential of the bike, also remember, it is a lot different racing on the street than your local drag strip.
Now if you ask me cars vs bikes, I will have to say the result depends on many things, so you cant judge base on one or two videos.

This is not even the fastest street car. There's a 60's Corvette that's run 6.75.
