Nice to hear everyone was in one piece. It's amazing how fast these cars like the EVT1200, those lambos and the others are man. You really see it when a EVT650 hits "only" 180 and 458's n ZR1's are in the 170's. Off the handle! Good Job in those conditions.

Thank you everyone for all of your support. Even though we did not reach our goal of 240+, we know that this goal is 100% attainable with our current setup. The best speed we posted was 224.8 MPH with other runs in the low 220's. This car / engine will go 240 + at the next event.
The problems we faced were all due to the OEM PTM (Traction management) system preventing us to make a clean WOT run. The car performed flawlessly at 25 PSI of boost where it went the fastest speed. As soon as we turned up the boost / power, the wheel slippage caused throttle cut as soon as we shifted into 5th gear. The throttle from 5th gear on was reduced to 60%. We tried everything we could throughout the weekend to correct this in the software as well as different driving styles, tire sizes, etc but we could not get a clean WOT pass with all of the power on board. <O</O
<O</O
This is not something that we simulated on our dyno prior to this event because we did not know about this problem. Now that we know how and when the problem occurs, we can test this on the dyno to see how to correct it. This is one of the main reasons that we use the Texas Mile as a place to test our cars. Real world testing at its best enables us to find the problems and correct them. <O</O
<O</O
More photos and videos will be posted shortly. We have some great in car and out of car footage which we will post as well. Thanks for your support once again and we will not disappoint come March!!!!<O</O
