so in other words my second gear synchro is bad or getting bad because of abuse? is this an item under warranty? i mean during normal driving the car is fine but if i get on it from 1 to 2 it doesnt go in as easily. im not too familiar with the internals of a manual trans.

I'd check your clutch master reservoir level first before hitting the panic button on synchros being the problem. Your probably not declutching fully between shifts. Faulty clutch slaves and accumulators are a common problem on these cars. The slave may simply need a re bleed. You may also have a faulty pressure plate (warped)...depends on how hard a time the clutch has been given. Im told a few hard high rpm slips can overheat the p/plate and it will not recover.

i now am noticing a clear liquid dripping from the center of the car basically right under where my shifter is located. i pulled the car out of the garage and checked out the liquid. it was odorless and looked like water? any ideas guys?

Its called Pentosin. And it frys paint. Lift your hood and remove the battery cover and then lift up the other plastic sheild covering the clutch master cylinder reservoir. I bet its overflowing. As i said earlier you are not declutching fully. The slave is the problem. Warranty job. Mopp it all up and drain some of the fluid out by using a pen. Then wash it out with a bit of car wash and water and let it drain out through the drain hole.

A clear water like liquid with no smell? definitely not pentosin on your floor. probably just water from the A/C evaporator.

My money is on the Pentosin. It doesnt smell when i smelt it. Hopefully you are right and i am wrong. But then you still have the second gear change issue.

Pentosin is the hydraulic fluid that Porsche fills in the steering, spoiler, and clutch hydraulics on the 997 Turbo. The factory fill is Pentosin 202 which is compatible with 11S (both are synthetic.). If the fluid is not oily, or does not have a very slight green hue, it is not Pentosin.
If it is, I would advise caution driving your car as Pentosin is quite flammable.
