The installer is more important than the film. A lot of people like venture shield, and it's easiser to install than 3M. I have 3M and was installed by one of the best in the business. 3 years old and has NONE of the issues that the anti-3M crowd will mention. They both have pros/cons. Do your research and look at the work of the installer.

If it's not too far for you, you might consider contacting Bruce at Xpel in Winston-Salem - (336) 722-0480. I took my 2010 C2 to him, and the results was easily worth the 130 miles (one way) I drove to have the work done.

I have heard that Detail Designs Autospa (in Lawrenceville) is good, but have not checked them out for myself yet. I saw an example of a car the dealership had done and decided to pass.

(sorry about slight thread-jacking) This place I'm going to check out uses VentureShield, so I'll report back firsthand impression once I see it in the flesh. The 3M product I saw was quite noticable, but I don't know if that is due to the product or the installer.

Atlanta Installer
That was me. Please post back your impressions if you go. Might save me a trip or get me to schedule mine to get done.
