1/4 mile Gt2, PDK Turbo, 9ff GT3, SPI 750 and P800

You are making the excuse that the 9ff car had a poor trap and ET due to RWD and a manual transmission. Scott just gave you a proven example of how this is not true. Would you like more examples of RWD manual cars with significantly faster traps and times?

I was referring to events where 9ff has participated. There is a problem with manual gearbox and 2WD for launches. Just see this Switzer 750 vs 9ff GT2 BT1000 4WD, the Switzer might launch better but the 9ff takes it at speed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CMDMZZDr2M

I think it's clear that you are the one who doesn't know what you are talking about.
Let me repeat: my GT2 at 800 hp, with RWD, manual transmission and street tires...and almost no traction until deep into 3rd gear... trapped 140+ mph in the 1/4 mile. The 9ff car, with RWD, manual transmission and a claimed 1200 HP, only trapped 125 mph in the same distance.
Also, my now-sold 996TT, also with RWD and manual transmission, trapped 148 mph in the 1/4 mile at only 950 hp.
Another example? A Switzer 997 GT2 on street tires, RWD, manual transmission at around 800 HP...also trapped 140+ in the 1/4 mile.
All of these cars also weigh more than the 9ff GT3.
It's pretty clear from these facts that 9ff is WAY overrated in power, and hence...a joke.
P.S. - Both of my cars are significantly faster from 100-200 km/h than both a Bugatti Veyron and a 9ff BT 1000 4wd. The Veyron went 100-200 km/h in 5.4 and the 9ff BT1000 did it in 5.0. Compare those times to the 4.35 my GT2 did it in (at 875 hp) and the 4.10 my 996TT did it in (at 1,000 hp). Night and day.

That particular Switzer SPI 750 is only making 750 HP (maybe 650 at the wheels). A 900-1000 HP Switzer, Protomotive, or EVOMS car would flat embarrass any 9ff car at any speed.

Again, you where not at the same event. You are quoting times from different events. Same factors is a valid comparison. Also, the 9ff are geared for 350-400 km/h and not only the mile top speed. Gearing makes a huge difference.
Furthermore, the 9ff have progressive power delivering 1000 HP only over a certain speed for drivability. These are not quartermile time cars. And even not mile cars since they are made for high speed and highspeed acceleration, not from 0.

The car above would Im quite sure beat yours not in the quartermile but it quite sure would kill yours in everyway once it has traction and a good driver / same driver Im quite sure.

You dont know that.

It had plenty of traction (more than my car did) and still only trapped 125 mph. Not impressive at all and more proof that 9ff severely overrates their power. What a embarrassment.

And again, manual gearbox with not the fastest shifts. You can hear that. And again as stated above progressive power, 1200 HP is not available below I believe 100.120 mph.
BTW if you want to compare mile events the 9ff easily had trap speed over for exampel AMS GTR times: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkDdf...layer_embedded

Have you even ever seen a 9ff? Yet alon ridden in one or driven one? They have cmpletely different gearing and setup that mile or quartermile cars. You need to understand this.

Heck, we have a GT2 on here with bolt-ons and only 730 whp (app. 820 bhp) that went 206 mph at the Texas Mile.
Please inform me how fast the fastest 9ff car has gone in any mile event so I have even more to make fun of them about.
Here's our list. Just so you know, the top dog (joetwint) went 231.4 at only 1100 HP with no special gearing and a much heavier car than the 9ff GT3. Heartbreaker, isn't it?
231.4 - joetwint / 996TT
224.8 - EVOMS / 997TT
221.2 - art4iza / 996TT
218.6 - topgun / 996TT
215.6 - KPG / 996TT
206.3 - VividRacing / 997TT
206.2 - AtomicZ / GT2
200.9 - bmoores / 996TT
199.7 - MBailey / 996TT
197.3 - AMS / 996TT
197.1 - vividracingTX / 996TT
195.4 - vividracing / 997TT
195.0 - ttboost / 996TT
191.6 - AMS / 996TT (K16's)
190.7 - woodtster / 996TT
185.8 - Eclou / 997TT
183.3 - EVOMS / 997.2 TT (with tune)

I don't need to. I've already owned faster cars with far less claimed power. Your non-stop 9ff excuses are not redeeming, by the way.

I beleive the 9ff GT3 reached 349 km/h (218 mph) and that is with 2WD and manual gearbox on the latest mile event. And that with a quartermile (12 s?) similar as I beleive in this video, same driver. And on the full stretch it reached I beleive 370 km/h (231 mph) on GPS with two people in the car.
That makes you realize what brutal acceelration it has at speed (after the mile as well).
On the list below how many was manual and 2WD?

Impressive on no1 and no3 to acheive good launches with 2WD, they must have drag tyres? Both 9ff also had street tyres.
As stated it is also about gearing and progressive power. And drivers of course.
