I agree with the boards performance numbers when I saw the released numbers i was very disappointed.

Isn't GT2RS production already sold out? If so, it is not stepping on it own toes, as there is no currently available model in that 250k range...

I'm sorry but this is no where near the Carrera GT, at least by terms of looks.
It actually at first look reminds me of a 430 with Porsche wheels... The front part from the angle of this picture really looks like a Ferrari.

I like the idea, do not like the car. Porsche can't half step with a mid engine car. The next Mid-engine car has to be to the 997 what the CGT was to the 996 - FAR FAR AHEAD!! The 918 fell way short as a performance benchmark but is a great display of technology making it's way from racing into production cars so I give it a pass.

What I would expect is a car made to race in GT1 and attract a completely different market. Porsche could easily step up into Ferrari, Lambo, McLaren territory. But undershooting this would mean they would give up being able to charge 200-250k for a 911 variant.

350+k or fail.
