If ya buy a car in Arizona and live in State that has a reciprocal Sales Tax agreement, you're gonna pay the Arizona State/County/City taxes at time of purchase.

How do I know, you ask ? - In my case I paid an addition 3.5% to Arizona over what I would have paid here in Texas.

IMHO you made the correct choice. The Azzurro California Blue is much nicer than the Ice Blue.
