Tiptronic problem

I have a 2007 997.1 turbo with 12.000 miles. The car is warranty until September this year. Since I got the car on May 2009, I have had the same problem with my tiptronic. Sometime during shifting from the 2 to the 3th gear only, the engine rev up without engaging the 3th gear and then it finally engage hard... really hard... I don't have this kind of problem when I drove at high rpm's or on any other gear change, only during smooth driving... Anybody had tiptronic problems like these ?

The solenoid valves had been changed by Porsche already, and the problem remains the same. Can you help me? Should I ask them to replace the complete transmision under warranty?

Thanks,

I would go back to the dealer and have them do whatever's necessary to make it right.

In all honesty, I think the dealer should know best what to replace/fix to cure the problem. The customer shouldn't be the one coming up with solutions to the problem. Just tell them the problem is still there and they have to take care of it.

You have a problem within the warranty period>dealer should fix it, even if it means they have to replace everything.
