I'm trying to determine which dealership have the better service department, it is between the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park Illinois or Joe Rizza Porsche in Tinley Park Illinois. They are both equal distance away from where I live, any suggestions?

 

Where do you live? Those are on complete opposite ends of Chicago. There are a few in between The Exchange and Rizza to consider as well that might be closer. Also, is you car still under factory warranty? There are a number of independent shops that are great too.

I bought mine from Loeber in Lincolnwood, but have been doing all my work at Napleton in Westmont since, they're great to deal with and have a very active motorsports program if you're at all interested in getting on the track.

call them, ask for Chuck...attempt to talk him lower. I have only had warranty schtuff done there.
