GTX3582R or TiAL GT3586 ?
Hey guys,



I would like to take you suggestion about the turbo, Todd Gonna tune my engine in the next week, but i'm confused if should i keep my GT3586 Or to exchange them with GTX3582 ?

What does Todd suggest? I would stick with what he suggests.

i dont see the GT3586 on the tial webwite so make sure the turbo you have isnt already built with a billet compressor cuz Todd is always up to date with these turbo upgrades

if you have the billet 3586, keep it, dont change for the new design (new to garrett)

I heard about those new turbos as well...what is the diff btw them ???

i'd ask to try some borg warner efr 7670 or 8374 !

They have the ''new'' wheel technology, after 5 years they decide to use billet wheel compressor. I already saw good numbers with them, but not the same as the FP35's

You dont see them because they are not Tial turbos, they use a tial backhousing so you can use V-Band

GTX3582 .82 a/r

I had Billet PT5857's with a .82 a/r on my old setup.

I already got my GT3586's i have heard that there is upgrade to make them GTX3586's

Anybody can feed me on this?

You can either go with GTX3582 or HTA 3586's. With 3.8, I would do GTX3582's.
