The lights have been confirmed to me as 100% error free.
This has also been verified in a German 911 forum by some people that have already received their order - so hopefully mine will work out ok, if not Dectane offer a 24 month warranty. They are a well known company in Europe, any of their products i have seen have been of very high quality.
Dectane are offering four different coloured lights on their site - red, smoked etc etc. However they said that the only one actually currently available, (even though this is technically out of stock for now!), is the standard red/crystal. The other variations have "an indefinite" waiting period.
The red/crystal is the closest to standard OEM so i assume thats why they are putting that to market first.

Keep us posted on how they work once you got them fitted!
If they are made under license from a reputable german company these may well be trouble free regardless of where they were manufactured. And at 450 eu the price is at least somewhat realistic vs 900 which imo is a very very big margin for something like this. I dont suppose you can advise the web address?

Agree TT. $900. or 450. eu? I think the decimal point definately needs to be moved to the left a couple of places..... eg: .9 and .450 plus agro fee to be compensated.
The track record of these isnt exactly in great shape. There doesnt seem to be any shortage of guinea pigs tho .

Here's a picture from pff.de, the german forum. If someone has an account there you can probably view the full size pic but I can't get the registration to work. Anyways, the lighting looks really good here.

These are definately not made outside of China, the OEM lights are not made in Germany either, the fronts are supplied by Koito who are in Japan but Im not sure if its assembled in Japan, most of this stuff is built in China or Korea for most markets however they do have a plant in the Czech Republic who make mostly Porsche / Land Rover stuff.
Koito make fantastic products regardless.
