the .82 a/r would make it alot more laggy. Great for highway racing or top speed. But not on this car

If it helps the car spool up quicker on a .63a/r, then maybe worth it.

dasRedneck is infamous around these parts
Dan's the Man! Just wanted to post a quick update on the car. I got the car back late Sunday night and haven't had a chance to put many miles on it, but I am still smiling from the ones I did. My main request to Dan was not to take away my daily driving ability when he built the car; and he didn't. The only difference I can tell from stock is that it's taking a few more RPM's to get rolling with the higher stall converter but that is hardly noticeable, other than that no other changes. Now for the good stuff, the power is amazing on 93 octane and produces so much power that it initiates the traction control when it comes on full boost. We made a run with traction control off and boost at 1.38 bars and it feels like a four wheeled Hyabusa the way it accelerates. The larger turbos don't spool up as quick as the OEM variable vanes, but when they do start to build pressure you better be thinking about your next gear. I will post some more updates when I put some more miles on the car but so far it is beyond my expectations. One of these times I will get the nerve to flip it on to high boost and turn on the methanol injection. Dan and I have been working together on this project for several months and he has been great to work with. More on the car and Vivid at a later date.
