CNC machine porting of heads- pics @ GMG
CNC machined head porting at GMG.
Gone are the days of hand porting
We now digitize and equalize each cylinder chamber for optimum flow.
Here are some bare heads having the work done.
In addition you will see the heads have been machined for our upgraded head gasket and sealing system.

Although I posted in the other thread, this one seems to be getting more attention so I figured I'd ask here.
In addition to the flow bench numbers comparing the before and after flow numbers. Have you calculated the drop in compression as a result of the combustion chamber machining? I'm also assuming the valve sizes will now be larger, have you essentially copied the program from the RSR cylinder head and adapted it to this casting?
