Another Speed Record Set.... 234.6 MPH in the Standing Mile
Success!!! We have moved the 997TT past the 996TT record of we set back in 2008. Although "The King" aka Joetwint's water cooled 996 TT record lasted for more than 2 years, it was time for the next generation 997 to have its glory. Our 997TT, "Meyham" is a full weight "street" car weighing in at about 3600 pounds plus driver. Still has A/C, Navi, full interior, plus a full 6-pt cage and a complete fire system. This engine has been put through HELL. It has well over 200 full power dyno pulls, thousands of street miles as well as over 30 full 1 mile passes.
