I don’t know if its me – but if I had a stint like that, I sure think that the ‘help’ would run to where I’m at vs what looks like a leisurely walk over to check on the driver ..again, maybe it my old eyes tricking me.

In the end, I'm happy the driver is ok.

I'm amazed that the spectators and photogs did not seem to care or offer up any ***** to help.
thats exactly what i was thinking of !!

The police said they would arrest you if you ran out there. The race organizers insist you let emergency personnel handle all incidents...
thats would answer the question

I don't think they had time to react. Especially with the car going that fast and events unfolding so quickly.

They were told not to run those tires for this event and those wheels were widened knockoffs. Bad luck right there.
