Fair price for a 2007 997tt?
I'm looking to get a 2007 Turbo. What is a fair price to pay for a CPO'd and non-CPO'd Turbo?
I would like for it to have around 15k miles. I've seen dealers offering 2007 Turbos for around $86k. How much bargaining room is built into these prices?
Lastly, has anyone went from a 997 C2 to a 997 Turbo? Recommended?
Thanks in advance for your input(s).

80-86K depending on mileage/options. 2007 asking 86K can be had for 83ish if not a little lower. 86 asking I would offer 80 and see the response. If you can get for 83 you are doing well. This includes CPO.

I would say $80k certified with 15k miles or less. Some dealers are willing to deal and some don't care. I ended up making a deal on the SECOND 07 turbo I have purchased over the last 30 days (don't ask about the first). And the sale was almost effortless...had the deal done in 15 min via internet. They were originally asking $90k.

Thanks for the replies!
I'm sticking with $80k as my max offer (trying to avoid the slippery slope) and the more I think about it the more I want a CPO'd car. Some dealer out there is bound to let one go for that price.

There are plenty that should let them go for $80k range. If you find the right car though it may be worth paying a few grand extra imho. Good luck!

I was looking at this 07 Turbo in Cali before I bought my 08 here in Central OH. He came down to 83,750 to try to get me to move...

He said covered insured delivery to Central OH would be $1500 extra.

I will PM you the story once everything gets cleared up. Lets just say that the past 3+ weeks have been a nightmare and I hope it will end soon...

Sounds dubious. Look forward to hearing the story. More importantly, look forward to seeing your new car.

Nobody thinks of the poor guy/gal that loss his/her butt on selling/trading their turbo....unbelieveable the loss in these cars with reasonable mileage regardless of care-taken.. I thought Porsche holds value better than USA cars but there is often much higher depreciation with Porsche, ie, more money in the dealer's pockets. These Porsche dealers need some lessons in this coming of age "sharing their weallth."
