Congrats on the new car, looks great! I'm also in Tucson so if you ever want to meet up let me know. I would send you a pm but I need to get around to building my post count up to be able too.

Glad it worked out for you in the end.
This was purely on the shipping company, that's why they have insurance. Taking the car and getting it fixed would have been a huuuuuge mistake.
Car is spectacular, looks like a new car. I hate that painter's tape on a 911.
enjoy!

Glad things finally worked out for you. Beautiful car ...spectacular interior!
Your story has me even more nervous about possibly buying an out of state car and dealing with shipping.

Always nice to have friends helping out

Congrats. Patience IS a virtue apparently.
And well done on the cool head with the damage... How extensive was it? What happened to the car when it was unloaded?
I absolutely love the color combo... and the details. I am sure you are glad you waited. Enjoy in good health!

Nicely spec'd car! That interior was really done right-makes you say WOW!. While carrera red is not for everyone, it's nice to see something different (and a bit retro with the silver/red combo).
Glad it all worked out for you after your journey. Enjoy!

Thanks. The interior is actually terracotta, not carrera red.

I was surprised too. Never thought of a two-tone Mexico/Arctic TT, but now that I've seen one, I hope to never see it done for real...
