What should be the 60-130mph for a stock 997tt tip (95degrees fahrenheit)?

It's possible I guess. But definitely not on a 95 degree day and a flat road.

Scott what can one expect from a 997.1 turbo 6MT with tune, exhaust (with high flow cats), etc?

Matt (Swole Powell) went 7.3 60-130 and 11.14 @ 129.2 in his 997.1 6-MT with the following mods:

GMG Exhaust
EPL 93 Oct Flash
Mix of MS109 and 93 octane

I know its not extremely accurate but I took this video of my stock tip turbo with just Fabspeed V2 exhaust, Cats, a few gallons of 100 oct mixed with 91 and BMC in December on a relatively flat road in Mexico:
