Manual is the way to go, especially since you plan on using it on the weekends. Enjoy!

6-speed no doubt. All personal preference as others have already said. Personally I get bored of an auto after a bit.

When you test drive both it will instantly be clear which you prefer. The only way to make the right choice.

that's what I did. Test drive the cars back to back. I decided on the tip because the car with sport mode on is just so fast that I could not safely watch the road, tach, and shift. With the tip, mash the pedal and be prepared to fly!

Car completed the CPO process today WITH the TechArt installed.

6-speed is what I am shooting for, but this one seems too good to pass up.

My question is.... Why is the tip made out to be so bad? I've driven the manual, which is awesome. I am figuring the tip will give me the same rush. I would go test drive one, but there is no inventory locally.

I don't think that it is made out as bad. I like the driver involvement and satisfaction of driving a manual. If I lived in a city with a LOT of traffic then perhaps I would have considered the tip. Or perhaps if my main thing was consistant straight line acceleration from a stop then yes the tip makes sense. But since I only drive the car a few times a week for pleasure 6-speed was a no brainer (every one of my sports cars have been manual since 1998).
