Always check reviews for wheel repair guys. Some are great and make the wheels look flawless, while others may end up making your wheels look like crap. I learned that the hard way when I repaired my BBS wheels on my previous car. Thankfully, the right wheel repair guy was able to fix the previous guy's botched job.

Right - I forget to mention to ask the local Porsche dealer who they use.

You should be fine. They look like surfaces scratches. You should see what my wife does to the wheels........ much worse and they usually come out great.

That's nothing. I've seen and done alot worse. Any good wheel repair company can make those look new again.

Repairable so it's better than new. Find someone with good references, fix it then forget it. I bought a second hand set of wheels for my PTT for my winter wheels setup. One of them had clearly fallen over onto the face of the wheel and scratched it up. Proformance Industries in New Rochelle, NY fixed it and it's flawless. George (the owner) and Mario (the manager) are both awesome to deal with. I recommend them to anyone in the NY area...

I had just spent the last two days cleaning the car up from a 3 day DE at Watkins. I did more damage backing the car out of the garage then I did during 80+ laps at WG.

Tomorrow... I'm removing these freagin' stones!
Great guy in NY called Wheel Fix It. Located in Freeport. 24hr turn. Around.
