Ok so here we go again another idiot working at a parking garage damaged my car. The guy backed it up all the way against the wall and dented the bumperettes. How much do you guys think it would cost to get them fixed they have about 3 or 4 dents each..

Sad to hear. I thought you had sworn off parking attendants!

 

I did but went out for diner and didn't have any other option than parking lot..

 

that sucks. on the very rare occurence i have to valet i usually tip them up front and tell them i'd really appreciate if they were extra careful or put it in a good spot. So far it's worked.

 

Those bumperettes really serve their purpose, If the damage is only on the bumperettes you can buy new ones from suncoast unpainted- i got rear ended on the high way and my bumperettes were all cracked and ugly so suncoast sent me over a new one

Btw,you do know these cars come with parking sensors

Joking aside,have the car checked out professionally making sure there are no broken bumper tabs or other damage ?

Look at the adjacent panels for any damage too.

 

Check the paint on the rest of the bumper for spider cracks. I was rear-ended in my old 996. Bumperett did is job and everything looked good until the repair guy showed me all the spider cracks in the paint on the rest of the bumper.

 

I never VALET!
