It's amazing that they can just throw in the words "laser device" to be associated with radar. I would hope a lawyer could beat that.
I thought that since laser light falls under the FDA instead of the FCC that a law couldn't be made against jamming it until the FDA declared it illegal. Interesting. I wish I knew more about how the legal/law system worked.

No different then some of the states trying to say jamming is interfering with a officer while doing his duty.
I am waiting to see how the fines work out before I re-install mine or just sell them. I took them off my 04 before I sold it. They were on only 4-5 months. Got a few jams in Mexico and testing went well.
