Isn't the intact motor+tranny the only thing that lets you call this car "repairable"? Maybe I missed something but the engine appeared to be ok as I glanced through the pics.

i had never seen a carbon fibre sport chrono cover in pictures - still don't like the "wart".

Does the rear spoiler raise higher on the cab or is that one higher than normal? I don't think the one on my coupe raises up that far.

I had a professional Porsche mechanic look at this car today from Strong Porsche in Salt Lake City... this car is totaled. The oil pump has been ripped right out the case and there is a hole the size of your head in the motor. The rear suspension is shot on one side and the front suspension and entire front end would need to be replaced. The front driveline also appears to be damaged. I offered him $15,000 just to part it out.
I also talked with the person who is selling and then sent a nasty gram after I asked if it would start and he said they don't start them due to risk of the motor having an issue... gee, would have been a perfect time to tell me the oil pump was missing from inside the case. Instead, he said it was because the front radiator was gone.
He wasted my time and money... what an ***.
