Wheel offset and lug bolts

Sorry for the n00b questions but i want to make sure i don't make a mistake

Are this offset calculations correct for the 997 Turbo?

OZ Ultraleggera HLT
8.5J x 19” ET53 (+3mm wider than stock?)
11J x 19” ET40 (+11mm wider than stock?)

i see alot of people with 11J x 19” ET50... Is that because of the weight?

Also, will this Locking Wheels Bolt Kit & Bolts Package work on this wheels? (no spacers)

Thread Size: M14 x 1.5
Hex Size: 17mm
Seat: Radius R14
Shaft Length: 35.8mm
Overall Lenght: 59.2mm

Thanks!

I just got a set of the OZ Ultra's 19"for my track set up with 41 front & 53 rear offset no spacers .Not sure about lugs i've got the titanium beauties ,there's a guy on Rennlist forum selling the titaniums for $250.00 new.
You can also post this ? on the wheel & tire section & get an expert opinion from Damon at TIRE rack who usually chimes in there.
