New clutch and mods for GT2
#16
Thanks to all that gave me some input to my many questions. I ended up getting a new lwfw clutch that was not as aggressive as the one I posted earlier. So the rattle is minimized, but their is definite benefits. I am taking it easy on the new clutch for a few hundred miles then will see how good it really is.
I also got the stage 2 RSS tarmac suspension setup. It is great. I picked up the car in the LA area and drove it down to SD. I drove the long way through the Ortega Pass which was a fun windy mountain road. I felt much more confident pushing the car faster through the corners. It just felt more stable, and no surprising chasis cowel. The firmness of the ride is not really felt at all compared to stock, but the benefits are felt. Very happy.
