I too have been thru Europe multiple times...just my opinion that you will have more fun driving your car aggressively on a road course/track. This video is obviously not the "normal" car or driver in Monoco otherwise it wouldn't have been youtubed and posted on this forum.

Id love to drive a track with elevation and view like that. That was an amazing place to take a sportscar. thanks for posting.

Yeah "that" Europe vanished quite a few years ago has been replaced by lowered speed limits, harsh fines, and ferocious speeding cameras.

Germany is one of the few places left that is still a haven for fast cars in Europe, but even there you still have to be careful in certain places.

As for Monaco, the problem with driving at that speed is not whether or not it is typical, the problem is the roads are tight, europe has its fair share of stupid drivers like the rest of the world, and if something goes awry there is no room for error... because there's "cliff" on one side, and "mountain" on the other.
