Upgrading wheels/tires

I have a 2012 TTS and want to change the wheels and tires.
Original equipment is 8.5 x 19" front and 11" x 19" rear.
I want to put 9" x 19" front and 12 x 19" rear.

OEM tires are: Front 235/35 ZR19 25.5" diameter, Rear 305/30 ZR19 26.3" diameter.
I want to put on: Front 245/30 ZR 19 with 25.8" diameter. An increase of .3 inch diameter.
and Rear 325/30 ZR 19 26.7" diameter.An increase of .4 inch diameter.

My questions are:
1. What pros and cons do you see going with wider wheels?
2. What pros and cons do you see going with wider tires?
3. With all wheel drive, will the difference of .1 inch difference between OEM and new tires, cause any problems with the drive system?
4 Have any board members done a similar upgrade? I would appreciate your comments on difference in how the car handles.
Car will not be tracked.
Thank you in advance for your comments.
Cheers

I will be going with those size aftermarket rims with cup tires in 325/30 & 245/35
