Which mercedes transmission was used on our 997 TTs?

The gearbox is made by Mercedes. You could find out which model it is by searching for build threads. Switzer made one for the Tip 997. They usually post images of the transmission builds.

996tt has the internals of the s55amg and the 997tt has the internals of the s65amg,both are 722.6
