Gt silver

No problem. Weather has been a bit wet here in Sydney so weather permitting i'll wash her up and get some on here in a day or so with any luck. Be patient .

GT Silver is an awesome color when you see it in person. However, can't say I really like the way it photographs in sunlight. The paint seems to absorb the light making it appear almost flat. Has anybody else noticed this?

You are right its like matte in the light but that is cool in a way..

Love that silver on red interior! Stunning.
But you need to change those indicator lights from yellow to white please! unless you like them with PCCBs... but one is yellow and the other orange...
One year 2 posts? You have to do better than that!

Thanks for comments. Pics are from delivery day and indicator lights were changed out to clear on day two.

Here's a few. They're not recent but they'll have to do for now. Weather is too on and off here in Sydney at the present so i aren't wasting time washing cars .
^ The "Park"....some nice road not too far from work.
.
^ At the plant... with fresh track shoes on.
^ Somewhere around "the park", yep, it's a lovely quiet place for a leasurely drive except for when the v8 supercars turn it into a racetrack once a year and close it off. Damn all that noise and speed terrifying the wildlife.
And.... back outside the undercover parking area...in the hot sun....not recommended for leaving the P car parked for too long here in the Sydney summer months.....unless you want to fry an egg on the roof.
I agree the GT silver can take on flatter grey look in certain low light conditions...as all silvers do....but GT is probably about as good as it gets for a silver imho. In the sun it gleams with so much depth yet takes on some amazing hues depending on where you are standing. It's really quite a stunning color in the flesh and photos just never seem to do it full justice unfortunately.
Coming from 2 previous black 911's in a row i was apprehensive about getting a silver car again however, time came around for a change as it tends to do so quickly these days so GT silver it was to be, and has managed to hit the right spot even though i'm probably a black car guy at heart. I guess the test will come at my next change.
