Where are you getting your information? Tell me I made a phone call and this will escalate

HERE we go. NICE try, yeah Scott its sour grapes from april 2011( no way) and you decided to Defame me on an open forum with no backup and no clue except what Dan told you. Now you realized you could be accepting a legal liability with your comments and are trying to backtrack. So cool you remember calls from 2011. Its such a feeble attempt I almost feel bad for you.

I just got my car in the WINTER of 2011. You advertise the cable as a freebie just like you advertise your warranty coverage. Which is asking the owner to commit fraud.

You are wrong a thousand ways and now you are trying to back track. I told dan I was making this post a week ago.
I think you have a terrible business model and are just too incompetent to come up with a better plan.
You think you have such a great thing and I deal with enough 3rd world ****hole countries with their elite trying to force people into the same thing as you.

The sad thing is Durametric is losing money because you aren't savy enough to come up with a real plan that would double your profits. Thats fine. But People need to know who they are dealing with.

Again you dont like what I say so you defame me and accuse me of giving false information with no proof. Like I said this goes along with your warranty claims on the car's ecu.

I'll say this I NEVER asked for a discount I just said "will I need another durametric cable" And was told that I would.

You can write fine print on your website all you want but you should have realized that from the whole housing issues that Fine print is not something a reasonable person can be held liable for when they are being told to potentially commit fraud.

 

To be honest...

You PM'd me 2 weeks ago for a special price on a flash and TCU flash before you left the country which I gave you my best. You then PM'd me and want a even better price and I told you, the flash cables cost me money which they do and the best price if you paid "today" was X. I am not Softronic. I am a strong proponent, user, information source, and marketer of Softronic which is owned by Scott. So what I can personally do is out of my reach. Every customer that has a problem, question, etc I fight for and reach out to Scott with questions even though I have done this for almost 6 years with him.

Having a Durametric cable previous to Softronic really does not matter. Because they are not the same company or function. You get a FREE Cable from me to use for flashing and durametric.

So yes the fact is you did say it was bad business in a PM. And I told you, your preaching to the wrong person. A different approach probably could have yielded a different solution.

I said you spoke to April (person) not you called in April 2011? 3rd world countries?

I'm not backtracking on anything and I also have no fine print on my website etc.

No dan, you told me you would "make a deal" on trans and ecu software. For the low low price of 3195, just for me deal. I said thats a deal? Thats the price on your website. I said that right after the PM which you know I said I didnt like how scott was treated in the post. I never spoke to you again until 2 weeks later I asked about the Durametric. And I SOLEY asked you if that was how Scott did Business.
You think I want a deal? Seriously? A different approach? If I wanted a different outcome I would have asked. I DIDN'T for a reason. So you decided to get with Scott about my idea to HELP the community and Scott decided to Defame me with info from you. That you are trying to backtrack from.

Point is you shared a PRIVATE MESSAGE with your "friend of 6 years" in an attempt to save him sales.
Hopefully people reading this will see what a salesman you are and what a great guy Scott is. This isnt over. Scott doesnt get to come on here and call me a liar and defame me.

And if people feel good about buying from a guy that shares info with his "friend" Oh and THIS would have been much different if you had taken a different approach. You two are the ones that breaching the trust someone is supposed to have with a sales man and Scott just looks foolish. I sure hope everyone finds that thread where he tries to backtrack there too. Of course DAN shows up to bail or try to bail him out.

So please keep sharing that info and defaming me more it really helps you both out.

The ONLY person I discussed the cable with was Dan from Vivid racing via this site's PM system. So you unfortunately called the wrong person a liar. Like I said this IS going farther.

 

Actually I dont PM Scott anything. Mods and Admin can verify that. You mentioned Vivid Racing so I came to respond nicely. Seems like you have some issues to handle and I hope you have a better day.

Sadly you guys have no idea about damage control do you? Scott keeps going, what do you expect though. Then you come on here and I get to tell the board about the "Special for me deal" that was list price.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Softronic.

Hopefully a moderator will get involved.
