3 pedals is the way

As Dr Ruth will tell you... It's the foreplay that is the difference. So go out on Skyline drive and motor south all the way to Los Gatos and enjoy your 3th pedal. Get the shifts right, sneek up to the curves and hear that engine behind you. YOU tell the engine when to shift up or down and YOU mess up or not. Glorious!

Not that I ever make bad choicesbut with all the talk of PDK I might have choose the wrong direction with the turbo.
My thoughts were to own a turbo, dream car, with a 6spd before they totally change the spirit of the 911.

I love manual but....

Can anybody either tell me I messed up or that everything is okay

In the long run, 20+ yrs, would somebody rather own a 2012 turbo 6spd or turboS PDK.
Never ask a question you don't know the answer, well I am hoping I don't...
Only you can make that judgement but it's good to see your still laughing. But you evidently have your doubts as I've heard others question and lament their choice to go that route after the PDK rush has ended. But look at the upside....it's a TT'S! Super fast, the most current turbo, looks the same as a manual etc. And, why care what the second owner would rather own 20 years from now. Enjoy it for what it is rather than dwell on what it isn't.

PS. If you're doubts continue just hold it, and trade it on a 991tt. I'm sure 991tt will have the manual option.GL and enjoy!
