Worst side impact I have seen. Notice the positioning of both seats towards 10 o'clock.

Thse cars are a bit hazardous with their tremendous acceleration/hgh speed capability. Wish brakes were a lot better. And too, tires just not set up for in-rain driving.

The driver is alive and is still intensive care but people got him mixes up with another Nissan driver who crashed and died the same day

There is no way this guy survived. It appears as if he slid into a utility pole at (obviously) a high rate of speed as the elevated base of the pole is just below where his lap and head would be. Note the passenger side of the car is essentially intact. Likely the police clipped off the top of the car to get to him out or the impact destroyed it. You can see the driver's seat is in the passenger/ back seat area. Judging by how the pole carved its way into the car, he probably hit at a very, very high speed. Game over or, at best, severe head injuries.

Boy... you've got to be so careful in these cars.
