997.2 TTS is infamous around these parts
The PZeros on my TT-S are so loud my wife complained on a recent 350 mile intestate road trip. I am thinking of replacing them with PSS even though they currently have only 6k miles on them.

I have found PZeros to be terrible compared to others. they are loud with poor ride quality, and tend to flatten out quickly if not driven regularly. PSS are great tires, but pricey. I have had Hankooks on my last two Pcars and have been very happy. Compared to Pirelli they handle better, are much quieter, and the ride quality is excellent. Icing on the cake is that they are priced nicely below the PSS.

Second Sole,

I definitely have loved my PSS on my GT2. While I haven't tried the latest version of the Sport Cups, the Sport Cups I did have (2 sets) were super noisy, and unless they're good and warm, don't give the best grip. Also, they are absolutely afraid of the water. Anything over 20mph in the water and your're barefootin'. Question for you, sir: Are you certain that your PSS fronts are warranted for 30k miles? I understood the warranty on PSS to be that if all four tires are the same size, and therefore can be rotated, they will be covered for 30k miles. If not, then they are warranted for 1/2 that distance (15k). Please advise how you know this - thanks!

my PS2s are very quiet, but I don't have any basis for comparison.

I've had PS2 and Hankook and PSS. PSS is the better all around tire for the money.

Not directed at me but my understanding was that the 1/2 warranty only affects the rears on a staggered setup so the 30k/15k is correct. If you go to tire rack or michelin site they have the warranty info to back this up.

To the OP. i heard the bridgestone s-04 are very quiet but as a result wear quickly (ive seen reports of <10k miles). I just got a set of PSS today so im excited to replace my hankook r-s3. From all the research i did the PSS are the next quietest while being basically the best all around performer across many conditions.
