Beautiful machinery all over the place! I bet it was a nice weekend.

What about the black 2007 Turbo I described, your opinion?

Well - It has the right packages. The following were a must for me.

Adaptive seats
Sport Chrono
Shortshifter
Rear axle diff-lock

The tune is not too crazy, so should be ok. Can't comment on the pricing.
I personally prefer to buy stock cars. Not sure about .ch but here in the UK we get 2 year warranty when you buy a used car from Porsche which is really good. But the car has to stay stock. You can extend the warranty until the car is 9 years old.

On another note. If you going to do lots of track get a GT3RS.

No, no track use at all. Highways/country roads/city + driving in the mountains in the summer.
Almost no winter driving as the winter tyres for those 20" HREs are crazy expensive (but I like the look of those wheels!)

Turbo is a dream since many, many years. The question is - what is the price of the dream?
I have now manual Audi TTRS with 419PS/600Nm, it is quick. But Turbo desire is on a psychological level.

Turbo will be 3x more to maintain.
Turbo will be less daily-drivable than TT, because of the long and low nose.
Turbo is a 5year 63000km car, TT is 2year 24000km car.
Big question - how much will Turbo lose in two years? TT probably loses 10k CHF a year, new 997.2 Turbo loses 40-50k CHF each of the first two years . Will the 5year 997.1 manual tuned Turbo lose 10k CHF a year or 20k CHF a year? Is the dream worth the high costs of ownership? Soooo difficult to decide, I've been going over it for two months, I've "bought" and declined and "bought" again that black Turbo so many times...

Don't worry about depreciation - it is what it is. It's the fun that counts!
