ive noticed that others (gallardo and r8 drivers) put more air in the front than the rear.
they run similar size tires as us.

they typically run 38+ up front, and mid 30s in the rear..

I run 37 warm all around (generally that translates into 34 cold all around).

Hmmm. My door sticker says 37/44 so I've been running 39/46 on 20s. Uh oh?

Our car has the engine hanging out the back way too much, hence the increased pressure in the rear.
Same psi all around doesnt make sense the car is way too light at the front.
I run 33 39 cold. Anything above that, cold, makes the car unnecessarily bouncy imho. Most important is to maintain pressure because it is easy to cut those low profiles when the air is low in a "sharp" pothole...

TPMS Pressure Readings

Hi. Thanks for the info on TP. I just adjusted mine to 33/39 with my Matco Tools digital air pressure gauge. I started the car and my readings via TPMS are 31/37. Are the TPMS sensors that far off and if so, can they be calibrated?

Usually TPMS shows around 2 psi lower than actual pressure...
As for tire pressures it depends on the tires you use.If you use hard tires (pirelli, bridgestone) you need sticker pressures to warm them up but the car gets bouncy...If you have soft tires (mich and conti) you can put 2-3psi less at each corner...After testing of two 997TT with mich I will switch from Pzero to mich on my next change...i really loved how fast they warm up and hold the road...Of course they will wear sooner...but nobody is perfect...

Mine tend to run 2 psi low as well. Have reset them and they seem to calibrate that way.
