New Goodies @ SharkWerks: RSS Performance Engine Mounts Released

Pureporsche,
I actually didn't notice the increase mechanical cabin symphony until Friday when driving by myself above the 4k range with the windows up and radio off, freeway cruising. I was trying to make a call and that's when I noticed it was louder in the car. Its not too bad below 3K, but I'm not a fan of lugging around
I love the new pitch within the car.

I was on the fence about engine mounts but just decided to pull the trigger.
I'm happy with the suspension upgrades I've done and this seems to be a fairly harmless way to remove some of the general "slop" in the car.
Sounds very similar to RTAB upgrades that are needed on E46 M3s - they are very soft from the factory and easily replaced by aftermarket replacements that lead to a much more firmly planted rear.

Some pics from my the trip - Vancouver to Banff (Alberta) to Kelowna (B.C. wine country) and back to Vancouver - and what an awesome one it was.
BTW, we fully recommend the RimRock resort in Banff, for any one wanting to do the drive.
Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at, with an awe inspiring view, overlooking Banff and the entire valley!
Downside: one traffic fine and two rock chips to the windshield...

How would this product compare to the GT3 motor mounts in a 997 turbo? I'm told by Porsche tech that the GT3 motor mounts work well.

Will the GT3 Dymanic MK2 mounts work in a 997.1 turbo. If so how would they compare to the RSS mounts. Alex thanks for your reply.

^^^ DOC, I think you'll really like these. Just spent Sunday at Laguna and set my best time to date with these bad boys in place. Second session of the day no less. Unfortunately, I corded the outside of my front right tire during session two....might need to re-evaluate my alignment when running my R6's. The rears are wearing nice an even across the surface, however my front are serious worn on the outside edges.
