Hey guys, does anyone have any pics of the BBS CH-R Titanium on a black 997 TT? Trying to decide on this rim.

Any other suggestions? Feel free to post pics

Thanks

I am looking to pull the trigger on these as well. Need to determine if I want 8.5 up front and 11 in rear or 9 up front and 12 in rear. Want to use my nearly brand new 235 and 305 RE11 tires.

Anybody know FOR SURE if the 9 is too wide for the 235 or the 12 is too wide for the 305?

Thanks

I had 305 on the rear on 12" wide 20s. Way too stretched. Just put on 325s thanks to damon@tirerack, much better.

Really depends on the tire. I have stock size MPSC's on OEM GT3RS wheels (8.5/12) and they fit perfectly.

I am going to get 9 in front and rear with 325 or 335.
The best deal I could find was $2490 for set ( 9, 12) shipped to the door (no tax). If you want to buy together, I can maybe get a better deal for us. Do you have any other pics of the rim?

I think I am going to stick with 8.5 and 11 wheels to be able to utilize my existing tires. I just need to find out what the stock offset is on the stock wheels to make sure that the 8.5f and 11r BBS CH-R's have a bit more aggressive offest to bring the wheels out a bit further than where the stockers sit now. A bit too tucked for my taste.

Aren't these cast and heavier than the OE Turbo wheel? Personally, if I am going to swap wheels, I would go with a wheel that is at least as good, in terms of overall weight and strength, as the factory wheel.

However, I must say, the CH-R's look great! I was just turned off by the fact that they are not forged and heavier.

The BBS CH-R wheels in 19x8.5 and 19x11 are 24 and 26 pounds in weight. The front is slightly heavier than the 997.1TT wheel, while the back is slightly lighter.

305 30 will be fine on a 11 or 12 inch tire. no problem at all.
