Those lug nuts look wonderful. Is there anything you have to do to maintain the finish?

 

I purchased some winter alloy wheels for one of our daily drivers and they supplied a very nice, tight fitting socket to protect the finish of the lug nuts. Do you offer something similar, or recommend a particular socket?

 

PM/E-mail Sent! This is our bright titanium finish that will maintain this look. The best factor about titanium is its extremely high resistance to corrosion. We have had these on our shop car //M3 for years now and they still look as if they came right off the machine. A simple rinse to remove any excess brake dust/dirt is all you need to do, otherwise ENJOY!

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer any sockets for purchase (besides our specialty locking one). I recommend trying pelicanparts.com or search for "soft socket" to find this tool.

Is that a different finish that the other lug nuts you've shown?

 

This is the matte bead blasted finish we offer. The same as the matte bead blasted finishings on our lug nuts.

 

FWIW I just use a regular old socket and no damage at all to the lugs. Granted Ive only had them off once for tire install and also a re-torque across the board. Just take your time and do by hand of course, no impact guns.
