997 turbo torque curve

I'm trying to find the torque curve for the 997.1 turbo. It's well known that it makes peak torque from 1950 rpm, but I'm interested to know the torque characteristics below that.

Making ~460lbft at 1950rpm, it has to be making great amounts below that too.....wondering exactly how much.

Help appreciated.

Peak torque at 1950rpm?
I highly doubt that.
THat plot up there is theoretical one, you need to see a plot from a rolling road, you will see that peak torque is around 3000rpm, and that exactly how it feels when one drives a Turbo.

My dyno curve shows a torque peak about 4500rpm, but big VTGs...

I've never seen a dyno result here (for a 997.1 TT) on 6 speed with maximum torque at 1950RPM. Here is a recent GIAC result with a stock TIP at approximately 3800 RPM. With mods 520 ft lbs at approximately 4000rpm.

Take a look

I don't own a 997T but I know that that virtually all turbo cars make different amounts amounts of torque in different gears depending on how long the engine is at full throttle under load.

IE you will make a lot more torque at 2500 in 6th gear going up a hill than you will in 2st gear on a flat surface. The turbos need time to spool and in the lower gears the engine is revving faster than the turbos can spool.
